- Advised on, and completed the sale and acquisition of over a dozen Singaporean Payment Services Act regulated entities
- Advising on and assisted in the application for various Singaporean licences such as Capital Market Services, Payments, Precious Metals, Commodities, etc
- Advising on and assisting clients to set up Single and Multi Family Offices in Singapore
- Advised on and processed the application for over a dozen Singaporean Major Payment Institution Licences
- Advised on and assisted in the completion of the acquisition of European VASP entities
- Advised on, assisted with legal documentation and the provision of escrow services for the acquisition of South-East Asian VASP and Capital Market Services entities
- Advising on, procuring investments and acquisition, and assisting in the completion of the sale of a major global digital banking and payments group
- Advising on obtaining licensing and/or the sale and purchase for various regulated entities in Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia
